On June 9, professor Wei Min of Beijing University of Chemical Technology was invited to give an academic report entitled " Study on the preparation of supported metal nano catalysts from layered precursors and its catalytic properties" in the conference room of the Chemical Building, which was presided over by vice president Wu Xu. Representatives of teachers and students listened to the report.

In the report, professor Wei Min briefly introduced the unique physical and chemical properties of two-dimensional layered materials and their potential application prospects. After the report, professor Wei Min had a heated academic discussion with the participating teachers and students and patiently answered the questions.
