In the future, schools (colleges) to fund public-sent young teachers to study abroad (overseas) projects and national public-sent young key teachers to study abroad projects need to be declared and approved through the system.

The functions of the system include the submission of personal declaration information, the uploading of attached certification materials, the initial examination and approval of the unit, the examination and approval of the school, the printing of declaration forms and the summary And statistics of declarations.
