Hongyu Guo was born in Liaoning Province, China. After receiving his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Dalian University of Technology in 2015, he joined the research group of Prof. Ming Bao at Dalian University of Technology, where he obtained Ph.D. (2022) degrees in Organic Chemistry. Then, he started his independent career at Taiyuan University of Technology.
