 On April 29, researcher He Yanbing of Tsinghua University was invited to give an academic report entitled "Research on high safety secondary batteries and its key materials" in the conference room of the Chemical Building. Representatives of teachers and students listened to the report, which was presided over by Wu Xu, vice president of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.


 In the report, researcher He Yanbing briefly introduced the main research contents of the team against the background of the great significance of high safety power and energy storage batteries for strategic emerging industries such as new energy and electric vehicles. After the report, researcher He Yanbing, as an excellent alumnus of Taiyuan University of Technology, shared his study and work experience with everyone, and patiently answered the questions of teachers and students.

 He Yanbing, long term associate professor (special researcher) of Shenzhen International Graduate School of Tsinghua University, doctoral supervisor, mainly engaged in the research of high safety secondary batteries and key materials. So far, more than 180 papers have been published in the journal of nature commun., adv Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Energy Environ. Sci., et al. 35 d invention patents have been authorized. His research achievements won the second prize of national technological invention, the first prize of natural science of Guangdong Province, the 10th Hou Debang Youth Award for chemical science and technology, and the second prize of science and technology of Guangdong Province. Selected as the young scholars in the "Yangtze River scholars Award Program" of the Ministry of education and top-notch young talents in scientific and technological innovation of the special support program of Guangdong Province. Won the project of Shenzhen Distinguished Young Scholars fund, undertook the joint key projects and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He served as associate editor of nanomaterials and director of all solid state power lithium battery electrolyte Engineering Research Center in Shenzhen.
